Welcome to Pic Buddy Photography. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, client galleries, photo purchase system, print lab fulfillment, and shoot booking services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Photography Bookings & Reservations
When booking a photoshoot session (including Weddings, Pre-shoots, Portraits, Sports, and Corporate Events) through Pic Buddy, booking dates are reserved upon receipt of an advance booking fee or bank transfer verification.
- Bookings are confirmed once verified by our administrative team.
- Clients may request date rescheduling up to 7 days before the scheduled session, subject to photographer availability.
- Custom packages and travel allowances will be clearly quoted prior to order confirmation.
2. Online Gallery & Digital Downloads
Digital photo purchases unlock high-resolution, unwatermarked image files.
- Secure download tokens are generated for valid purchases and remain accessible via your order history.
- Where galleries are PIN-protected by the host or client, an access PIN is required to browse private memories.
- Batch zip archives are available for instant package download upon payment verification.
3. Physical Print Orders & Delivery
Physical print orders (4x6, 5x7, A4, A3 lab prints) are processed using archival-grade photographic paper and professional lab color grading.
- Please ensure shipping addresses and recipient phone numbers are entered accurately during checkout.
- Island-wide courier delivery typically completes within 3 to 5 business days after lab processing.
- Damaged or defective prints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for complimentary replacement.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Pic Buddy retains full copyright ownership of all captured imagery unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients who purchase photos receive a perpetual, non-exclusive personal license to print, share, and display the photographs for personal and non-commercial purposes.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments are securely accepted via Visa, MasterCard, and direct Bank Transfer with deposit slip upload. Due to the digital nature of instant unwatermarked image downloads, digital photo sales are non-refundable once downloaded.
